I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR fixes the bad credentials error that was occurring in the
dessant/lock-threads@v4GitHub Action. The error was due to the incorrect or invalid token being used for authentication.Summary of Changes
.github/workflows/lock-issue.ymlfile to use theBOT_GITHUB_TOKENfor thedessant/lock-threads@v4action. This is the same token that is being used in other workflows in the repository.BOT_GITHUB_TOKENwas already being used, the GitHub Secrets settings were checked to ensure that theBOT_GITHUB_TOKENis correctly set and has the necessary permissions.These changes should resolve the bad credentials error and allow the GitHub Actions to run successfully.
